Today we would like to introduce that label sensor(Italy DATASENSOR) as following,
Working principle: It belongs to a slot-type electric eye. It can distinguish whether there is a label according to the intensity of the penetrating light. It is suitable for labels with different backing materials and label materials.
Detection principle: the slot-type electric eye emits a beam on one side and receives on the other side. When there is a label in the middle, the amount of received light changes. By setting a critical value, the presence or absence of a label can be identified.
Setting method:
When the "READY" light is on, place the label in the middle of the focus of the electric eye and pull the label back and forth. If the output signal light ""OUT" changes, the electric eye is in working state and can be used directly.
Short press the automatic setting button ["AUTO SET"], the green light and yellow light go out, the electric eye captures the medium signal, and the label cannot be moved at this time until the green light flashes quickly.
When the green light is flashing, put the second medium into the focus position of the electric eye.
Short press "AUTO SET", the green light goes out, the electric eye starts to capture the second medium signal, and the label cannot be moved at this time, until the green light keeps on.
Move the label back and forth, where the two media are decomposed, the output signal light is on, and the electric eye is set.
"READY" keeps on, indicating that the electric eye can be used in the case of switching between two media
