The scraper mixer has a centrifugal effect during the operation process, so that the PTFE scraper is close to the furnace wall, which effectively handles the problem of material sticking to the furnace wall without leaving dead corners. The ideal frequency conversion speed control equipment can make the furnace wall speed arbitrarily stepless.
The equipment is equipped with a common integrated mirror device on the pot cover, equipped with a closed lamp, so that the operator can observe the emulsification status of the material at any time. The whole structure is a three-layer structure. The heating and cooling of the equipment are completed in the same jacket. The outer layer of the jacket has an aluminum silicate insulation layer, which can prevent the operator from being burned and ensure the safety of production. Secondly, the boiler body is equipped with cooling water inlet and outlet. The lid is equipped with various quick equipment interfaces, which users can choose according to their needs (sterile air respirator, suction port, vacuum pump interface, cleaning ball, CPI interface, trace element addition port, integrated mirror window, vacuum gauge).
