Daily maintenance of automatic sleeve labeling machine

The automatic sleeve labeling machine must be checked every day before, during and after the equipment is used. If there is an abnormal response to the technician doing maintenance, the following is the content of daily maintenance:
1: After daily machine operation, first disconnect the power supply and wipe the surface of the machine: workbench and other parts 
2: The equipment needs to ensure that the matching power supply voltage is used before it can be put into production normally.   
3: Check the tightness of all bolt connections on time, and tighten them in time if looseness is found.   
4: Check the operating parts such as the chain, and clean up if there are any defects. And punctuality to make up for the smooth oil, add drops of engine oil or butter on the meshing surfaces of each gear to smooth it out.   
5: Each positioning: check the operating conditions of the equipment, there should be no misalignment, if necessary, adjust from the beginning.   
6: Check each gas path: whether the joints are loose or not: fall.   
7: Check whether the belts are slipping.
