With the improvement of equipment production technology level, the plane automatic labeling machine has integrated advanced technologies such as intelligence, automation and diversification, and the intelligent level has been fully exerted on the fully automatic plane labeling machine. Under the situation that flat automatic labeling machines are becoming more and more popular, various performances are also constantly improved, and the development prospects are considerable. The future development needs to find the right direction and have a positioning in the market development, so that it will develop better. Automatic flat labeling machines are widely used in various industries. In all major supermarkets, a wide range of products have labels, and labels are the second life of products. Since the automatic flat labeling machine is so important in our lives, how much does our team know about it? Today we will introduce some common terms about automatic flat labeling machine

Single-side flat labeling machine is controlled by standard PLC + touch screen + standard sensor electrical control system. It is used for single-side flat labeling of cosmetics flat bottles and packaging boxes. Can be widely used in food, medicine, toys, electronics, daily chemicals, hardware, plastics, printing and other industries, such as shampoo flat bottles, cosmetic flat bottles, packaging boxes and other single-sided flat labeling.

There are not many terms involved in the daily use of automatic flat labeling machines. The four commonly used are "positive standard", "positive standard rate", "labeling rate" and "defective labeling rate". When we affix a label to a packaging container, the center line of the theoretically correct position of the label is defined in advance. However, the label affixed in the fully automatic flat labeling machine deviates from its original defined position, but the deviation Within the specified range, we call it "positive standard". "Positive standard rate" refers to the percentage ratio of the number of positively labeled packaging containers to the number of packaging containers in the inspected packaging containers. "Labeling rate" is different from the positive rate. It refers to the percentage of the number of correctly labeled packaging containers and the total number of inspected packaging containers when fully automatic flat labeling machines are used according to labeling requirements. "Label loss rate" refers to the percentage of the number of labels damaged by the labeling machine and the total number of labels consumed by the inspected packaging container during the labeling process.
